Easy to do Measurement Activities
Use these two activities to have your Kindergarten child practice measuring themselves against non-standards units of measurement, recording their findings, as well as helping them organize data by drawing the object in the corresponding column. At home Geometry City Map Project
Tap your child’s inner creativity with this easy to do at home project in which they will learn, use, or reinforce important Geometry concepts in Fourth Grade. With this project they will get to practice drawing the different types of lines they learned about in 4th grade in forms of streets, as well as applying other important topics such as perimeter and area. Depending on your child this project could take up to 3 hours. It is not meant to be completed in one sitting.
